Which printers are supported?
In Myze you can use all Brother GTX printers, that means GTX4, GTXpro, GTXpro Bulk and GTX600. You can rip your graphics for these printers and view the analytics data. In the case of the GTX600SB, Myze currently only supports the ripping and processing of orders without analytics data. In co-operation with rip software such as Cadlink, Myze is also able to integrate DTG or DTF printers from other manufacturers into the workflow.
Which methods does Myze support?
Myze supports DTG, DTF, Embroidery and Sublimation. Myze offers full integration for Brother printers. We offer fulfilment stations for other manufacturers or processes.
Do we get the hardware from you as well?
In our fulfillment app, stations are set up that consist of a touch monitor, a QR code scanner and, depending on the station, a label printer. We give you recommendations.
Is my data safe and where is it stored?
Our most important goal is the security of data. We achieve this goal by using the latest technologies, automatic tests and the highest level of encryption. We rely on AWS as a cloud partner. The data is located in the data center in Frankfurt.
